Youth Protection
Children under 6 years of age are not permitted to enter. Authorized third parties may not purchase or co-purchase a ticket for children under 6 years of age.
Children between 6 and 14 years of age may only attend concerts if accompanied by a legal guardian who also holds a ticket. The legal guardian must supervise the child throughout the entire event.
Young people between 14 and 16 years of age are only permitted to attend concerts until midnight without a legal guardian with written parental permission. This written permission must be presented upon entry.
Young people between 14 and 16 years of age are also only permitted to enter if they can identify themselves with a valid child or student ID card. Young people aged 16 and over are permitted to attend concerts and musical performances after midnight without a legal guardian. Legal guardians are generally the parents, not persons responsible for their upbringing (e.g., an older friend). The above rules apply exclusively to concerts and not to any dance events. The legal provisions of the Youth Protection Act (JuSchG) apply.

Use public transport to get here!
The underground and tram station "Festhalle/Messe" is in the immediate vicinity to Festhalle. Your admission ticket usually includes free use of the RMV Rhine-Main public transport system. There is ample parking available (subject to a fee) in a number of public multi-storey car parks within walking distance.
